I have read and understand that exhibit space confirmation as well as tabletop choices, assignments, and additional exhibit space information will be sent to the individual above. NAACOS will only communicate with one individual within the organization (the individual listed above) regarding the exhibit space.
Space is limited to table-top displays only. All items must fit on the top of one 6-foot by 30-inch table. Signs, literature racks and other items that stand on the floor are not permitted.
Exhibit space is assigned in the order we receive applications. If we do not hear from you about your top choices of exhibit space, we will choose your space for you. NAACOS does not guarantee foot traffic to any exhibit space.
All partners (including exhibitors) are limited to two (2) PAID registrations. This must include exhibit staff. There are no exhibit only passes to NAACOS conferences for free or for a discounted fee.
I understand that the exhibitor profile within the conference app is our organization's responsibility to populate. We will receive access to our profile well in advance of the conference app going live. The conference app will be made available to all attendees whom are registered only, 2 weeks in advance of the conference.
Should you need to cancel your tabletop exhibit space, you must cancel no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Should you cancel after that time and are using your complementary tabletop, you will forfeit your complementary tabletop for the 12 month membership period.
