These one-day events will be a forum for sharing best practices and networking with others in your geographic area. By the end of 2026, NAACOS plans to hold in-person events in six regions and midyear virtual events for each of these regions.

Agendas will cover several topics including:

• Contracting across payers (MA, commercial)
• Discussions around CMS and CMMI models at the local level
• Managing high-needs populations
• Aligning report requirements and measures across payers and local policy needs
• Clinical best practices
• Connecting the care continuum
